Important Notice

By booking a tour with Dream Team Adventure Ltd, you enter into a binding agreement and accept these Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking and Reservations

All bookings must be made via our official channels: website, email, phone, or authorized agents. A confirmed booking is subject to payment of the deposit or full payment, as specified for each tour. Dream Team Adventure reserves the right to decline a booking without providing a reason, including cases where the client is deemed unsuitable for a trip.

2. Payment

Payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile money (M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Tigo Pesa), or in cash at designated offices. Full payment is required before the tour date for certain trips; otherwise, bookings may be cancelled. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation by the client must be made in writing via email or official communication channels. Refund policy: ● More than 14 days before trip: 50% refund of deposit ● 7–14 days before trip: 25% refund of deposit ● Less than 7 days before trip: No refund Dream Team Adventure reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a trip due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Full refunds or rescheduling options will be offered in such cases.

4. Health, Fitness, and Safety

Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities, or special requirements prior to the trip. Adventure activities may involve moderate physical exertion, hiking, swimming, or altitude exposure (e.g., Kilimanjaro rainforest, crater hikes). Clients must ensure they are fit to participate. Dream Team Adventure provides trained guides and basic safety equipment; however, clients participate at their own risk.

5. Travel Documents and Visas

Clients are responsible for securing valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and vaccination requirements. Dream Team Adventure may provide guidance, but ultimate responsibility rests with the traveler.

6. Conduct and Responsibility

Clients must follow the instructions of guides and respect local laws, customs, and wildlife regulations. Dream Team Adventure reserves the right to remove any client from a trip for inappropriate, illegal, or unsafe behavior, without refund.

7. Liability

Dream Team Adventure acts as a facilitator for tours, transport, and activities but is not liable for: ● Injury, illness, or death ● Loss or damage of personal property ● Delays or disruptions caused by natural events, political unrest, strikes, or third-party service providers Clients are encouraged to obtain adequate travel and health insurance.

8. Weather and Force Majeure

Weather conditions in Tanzania (rain, flooding, extreme heat) may affect itineraries. Force Majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions) may lead to trip cancellations or changes. Dream Team Adventure will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or refund.

9. Photography and Media

Dream Team Adventure may take photos or videos during trips for promotional purposes. By participating, clients consent to the use of their images in marketing materials, unless otherwise requested in writing.

10. Booking Changes

Clients requesting changes to their itinerary, date, or services must contact us at least 7 days in advance. Additional charges may apply for changes in services, transportation, or accommodations.

11. Complaints

Complaints should be reported immediately to the guide or company representative. Written complaints can also be submitted via email within 7 days of the trip. Dream Team Adventure will investigate and respond within 14 days.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from these Terms or services will be resolved in Tanzanian courts.

13. Amendments

Dream Team Adventure reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be informed of changes via email or through official communications.

14. Acceptance of Risk

Bookings are accepted with the understanding that clients recognize the inherent risks in travel and adventure activities such as trekking, climbing, walking safaris, game drives, diving, and water sports. Clients voluntarily participate at their own risk.

2. Minors and Children

Bookings for persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Some activities may be unsuitable for children; clients should confirm with Dream Team Adventure prior to booking.

3. Accommodation Availability

In the unlikely event that confirmed accommodation is unavailable on arrival, Dream Team Adventure will provide alternative lodging of at least the same standard, if available. Clients may be asked to pay the difference for upgrades. Dream Team Adventure is not liable if failure to provide accommodation is due to supplier issues beyond our control.

4. Reporting Problems During Tours

Clients must report any issues during the trip immediately to the Dream Team Adventure guide or office in Moshi. Complaints not reported in a timely manner may limit our ability to resolve them.

5. Post-Trip Complaints

We handle legitimate complaints after the tour. Clients are encouraged to gather evidence (photos, receipts, written statements). Refunds or compensation may require negotiation with the service provider (hotel, lodge, activity operator).

6. Force Majeure / Liability Limitations

Dream Team Adventure is not liable for delays, cancellations, or costs resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to: accidents, war, terrorism, strikes, natural disasters, adverse weather, fire, airport/port closures, or civil unrest. Clients acknowledge the risks of adventure travel, including potential illness, injury, or death, and accept that medical services may be limited or unavailable during activities. Participation signifies acceptance of these risks.

7. Alteration of Bookings

● Before Arrival: Clients may request changes to bookings; additional administration fees may apply. ● While Abroad: No refund or credit is available for unused services if clients alter plans during their trip. Clients are responsible for additional costs incurred.

8. Adventure Tours

For trekking, climbing, or other adventure activities, Dream Team Adventure provides qualified guides, safety equipment, and porters where required. We are not responsible for guides or rangers provided by TANAPA or other governmental authorities. If a client cannot complete an activity due to physical limitations, no refund is given for park fees or additional accommodations/transport. Clients may need to sign a Disclaimer Form.

9. Flight Delays

Dream Team Adventure is not responsible for airline delays. Any costs incurred to join tours due to flight delays must be covered by the client and may be claimed through travel insurance.

10. Pricing

Quoted prices are based on current exchange rates and local costs. Prices may vary prior to booking confirmation. If the variation exceeds 10% of the total cost, the client may request a full refund.

11. Payment Terms

● Deposit: Bookings require a 30% deposit to secure reservations. ● Balance: Remaining balance is due at least 8 weeks before tour start. Bookings made within 8 weeks require full payment. ● Late payment may result in cancellation; standard cancellation fees will apply.

12. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be in writing (email acceptable). Deposit is non-refundable. Additional charges apply as follows: ● >56 days before tour: 30% of total cost ● 29–56 days before tour: 50% ● 15–28 days before tour: 75% ● <14 days before tour: 100%

13. Travel Insurance

All clients must obtain adequate travel insurance covering medical emergencies, evacuation, accidents, and activity-specific risks (e.g., trekking, diving, safari). Proof of insurance must be supplied to Dream Team Adventure and carried during the trip.

14. Travel Documents

Clients are responsible for passports, visas, health certificates, international driving permits, and any other required documents, and for costs incurred due to failure to comply.

15. Changes to Itineraries

Itineraries may be adjusted due to operational, weather, or regulatory conditions. Dream Team Adventure reserves the right to make changes at any time.

16. Payment Security and Trust

Payments are made to the official Dream Team Adventure Ltd bank account and held until the tour is completed. All funds are secure and used solely for the booked services.

17. Credit Cards

Major credit cards are accepted with a small administrative surcharge to cover bank fees.

18. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Tanzanian law. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of Tanzanian courts.
